The Blue Spruce Inn offers guests accommodations perfect for both romantic getaways and Colorado family vacations. Our Rocky Mountain lodging is located in Cascade, CO and is the perfect place to call home as you explore all that the area has to offer. There are an astounding number of attractions and your innkeepers will be happy to assist you as you plan your day’s activities.

In order to ensure that your stay at The Blue Spruce Inn is pleasant, a number of policies have been established. Please take a moment to look these over.

Deposits:  50% deposit is required at time of reservation.  Payment can be made either by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) or check and must be received no less than 14 days prior to arrival.

 

Balance is due upon arrival and can be made in form of credit card, cash or check.

 

Cancellations/Refunds:  Full refund of deposit will be made only if request for cancellation is received no less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

 

Check-in time:  3 - 6 p.m.  Late check-in must be arranged prior to arrival.  We are unable to accommodate early check-ins.

 

Check-out time:  11:00 a.m.

 

No Pets allowed on the premises or in any guest rooms

 

No Smoking is allowed in any guest rooms.  Smoking is allowed on the patio, we ask that smokers be courteous in regards to other non-smoking guests.  Because of extreme fire hazard, proper disposal of smoking materials is essential.  Violation of these policies will result in cancellation of remainder of reservation.

 

Candles/Incense, etc.:  Strict fire codes require that no candles, incense or open flames (with the exception of wood-burning fireplaces) be allowed in guest rooms.  Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of remainder of reservation.
